Referring to a recent report by the Kleine Zeitung from 18.08.2010 we want to discuss the tricks of the fraudsters in the Internet even closer.
Unfortunately, it always comes again that fraudsters advertise your property is a sham, then collect rents and payments in advance and are then disappeared "never to return."
These tricks are not confined to homes, but also for automotive and other advertisements. Always respond with caution to unusually low-priced listings is therefore recommended. Better question several times a quote and check can be as immediately to bring down the offer.
