In the Austrian real estate newspaper http://www.oiz.at/ , issue 02/2010, there is a report on the winners of the IMMY 2009 (more information about the IMMY are here: http://www.immy.at/ ).
were given in 2009, all subject to market in Vienna-present Real Estate Agents a quality test. The evaluation was conducted by three different clients and anonymous testing.
It is not only the 5 winners were awarded with the best ratings, but also the places 6-20 received an award in the form of "IMMY - Top 20".
Furthermore, there was also a novelty in the form of a quality label for the agent!
